Youth Leadership
Focused on young adults, Youth Leadership is offered for high school juniors to help foster leadership & business skills in tomorrow's workforce. Leadership Reno Sparks
With over 1,000 graduates since 1985, Leadership Reno Sparks has helped produce hundreds of managers, community leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs. Participants are engaged in a 10 month program that focuses on communication, developmental organization and community participation. Every year the Leadership Reno Sparks class tackles a special community project that engages participants in a real-world exercise that also helps build our community. Click here to learn more |

OnP.A.C.E.
The OnPACE program is a 9 month leadership and development program that revolves around communication skills, professional development and community engagement. Led by Jeffrey Benjamin from Breakthrough Training, the OnPACE program features "hands on" training exercises designed to foster leadership skills for real world use.
